RPM Living’s annual RPMOne conference brings together leaders for three engaging days of networking, collaboration, education, and fun. Each year, the conference revolves around a unique theme that shapes new training initiatives and celebrations in line with company objectives. Since its inaugural event in 2022, which had fewer than 300 attendees, RPMOne has grown substantially, attracting over 2,500 associates in Arlington-Dallas, Texas, in 2025.

The 2025 theme “Art & Science” highlights RPM is in the center of art and science of extraordinary. Unlike others who focus on fitting teams into boxes, RPM is dedicated to creating meaningful connections and building environments that support each team’s unique needs. This approach transforms everyday moments into extraordinary experiences and creates a difference that resonates deeply and continues to define its journey.

The concept displays a vivid style of how the art and science perspectives come together and become one vision. Like 3-D glasses, art and science merge with one another to make a complete point of view.

From signage and stage design to swag and digital touchpoints, every branded application was crafted to bring the RPM experience to life. Each detail reinforced the theme, creating a cohesive and immersive brand presence throughout the event.

The Welcome Party invited attendees to dress up and celebrate in ONEderland with Wicked-inspired locations, special hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, and entertainment.

The Alchemy Gala invited attendees to dazzle a little extra for the national awards celebration. Before the recipients were awarded, several talented associates hit the stage for RPM’s Got Talent.

After the elegance of the gala, the energy shifts to Club RPM, a high-energy, late-night club-inspired dance floor where the music’s louder, the lights are lower, and the celebration keeps going.
